Welcome to the Edenbridge and District Twinning Association.

The Edenbridge and District Twinning Association was an agency of Edenbridge Town Council and was formed in 1973 “to promote friendship and understanding” between the people of Edenbridge, Kent, and its surrounding villages and the people of Mont Saint Aignan in Normandy, France.

The Association arranged visits between the two towns at least twice a year, either staying with French families of hosting in their homes in Edenbridge.

During 2023 the 50th Anniversary was celebrated with two wonderful weekends. However, at the end of the year Edenbridge and District Association was formally closed. The 50 years of friendship with Mont Saint Aignan was something to be very proud of, and the links between the two towns still continue.
